Embracing Culinary Heritage: Preserving and Promoting Traditional Huari and Inca Cuisine
We are excited to present a culturally enriching initiative that celebrates and preserves the culinary heritage of the Huari and Inca civilizations. This project focuses on the vital role that traditional foods—such as potatoes, corn, and llama meat—play in the local culture and aims to revitalize and share these ancient cooking practices with a broader audience. Cristian's project is dedicated to educating and engaging individuals in the art and science of traditional Andean cuisine, from the preparation of ancestral beverages to the techniques of ancient cooking methods.
